Handyman for 1 hour:

Up to 4'x4' drywall repair:

Fix holes in your drywall. We'll remove damaged drywall and replace it with a patch. After the hole has been repaired, the wall will be retextured and painted.  

This job takes a minimum of 2 trips:

The initial drywall patch must dry overnight. 

A follow-up trip is needed to sand down the patch, re-texture and paint. 

Materials:

Materials are extra and typically cost $15-40.

Drywall repair:

We will head out to your house and fix the dry-wall and repaint. The price is the hourly rate, but will not exceed your budget.

Hang Whiteboards:

Hang whiteboards for the HouseCall crew.

Kitchen Faucet:

Turn off house water, remove old faucet unit, install new client-supplied faucet, connect all fittings & restore water, test operation.

Interior Door:

Remove existing door, measure existing door to cut new door to fit into door frame, mortise the door for hinges, hang the door, mark & install handset/knob and tumble latch, test & perfect.

Exterior Door:

Remove the old door, remove interior & exterior trim/molding, cut framing nails, remove threshold, insert door assembly into opening & adjust framing as with shims & spacer, square and level door, attach jam to framing with coated exterior screws, install door handset and tongue latch & adjust as needed, cut & install new casing.

Door Knob/Handset:

Remove & replace old handset with new homeowner supplied handset.

Toilet:

Turn off water, remove old toilet, scrape old wax ring off floor flange, unpack new client-supplied toilet, install new toilet bolts and wax ring, install new toilet bowl and secure to floor with nuts, install tank to bowl, connect waterline, restore water & adjust water level in tank. Test for proper operation & leaks.

Toilet shutoff valve:

The shutoff on your toilet consists of angle stop and flex line. These parts connect your toilet to the water line, wear out over time and need to be replaced.

3 Toilets, Haul Away 2:

Turn off water, remove old toilets, scrape old wax rings off floor flange, unpack new client-supplied toilets, install new toilet bolts and wax rings, install new toilet bowls and secure to floor with nuts, install tanks to bowls, connect water lines, restore water & adjust water level in tanks. Test for proper operation & leaks.

Bathroom Faucet:

Shut off water, remove old faucet, remove waste piping and popup assembly, install new client-supplied faucet and popup. Replace waste piping, turn the water on and test the operation.

Ceiling Fan:

Replace your existing ceiling fan or light with a new client supplied fan.

Hang Flat Panel TV:

We'll come over and wall mount your flat panel TV with a customer supplied mount. If you don't already have a TV mount, we can pick out a suitable one for an additional fee.
